Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please quote with us by phone instead — we're just as happy to help that way.
1. What this site is
This site collects the information needed to prepare insurance quotes through the independent agency operating as AUNUSA. Submitting a quote request is not an application for insurance, does not bind coverage, and does not create a policy. Coverage exists only when a carrier issues it and you've paid the premium.
2. Estimates aren't promises
Any figures shown or discussed before a carrier issues a formal quote are estimates. Final premiums depend on information carriers verify independently — driving records, claims history, credit-based insurance scores, and property data. If those differ from what was entered, the price will too.
3. Your side of the deal
- Answer honestly and completely — misrepresentation on an insurance application can void coverage when you need it most
- Only submit information about yourself, your household, or someone who has authorized you to act for them
- Don't probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to break this site
4. Our content
The AUNUSA name, logo, illustrations, icons, and text on this site belong to the agency. You may print or save pages for your personal records; any other reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission.
5. No warranty
This site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice.
6. Links to other sites
Links to carrier or third-party sites are provided for convenience. Their content and privacy practices are their own — review them separately.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
