What we collect
- What you tell us: the answers you give in a quote — names, contact info, dates of birth, vehicles, property details, and coverage preferences.
- What carriers need: to produce a real quote, carriers may pull consumer reports such as driving records, claims history (CLUE), and credit-based insurance scores, as permitted by law. We'll tell you before that happens.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes with the insurance carriers we represent
- To service your policy — changes, renewals, and claims assistance
- To contact you about your quote or policy (never robocalls)
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information. Period.
- We do not share your details with anyone except the carriers and service providers needed to quote and service your insurance.
- We do not send spam or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Where your answers live on this site
Quote answers you type here are saved in your own browser so you can finish later. They are not transmitted to us until you press Submit quote request. Using a shared or public computer? Clear the site data in your browser when you're done, or use a private window.
How we protect it
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data in transit on our production site
- Access limited to licensed agents and staff who need it to serve you
- We never ask for passwords, full Social Security numbers, or payment details by text or email — if you get a message like that claiming to be us, call us before responding
Your choices
- Ask what information we have on file for you — we'll show you
- Ask us to correct or delete your information (some records must be kept by law while a policy is active)
- Opt out of any non-essential communication with one reply
