Claims are handled directly by your insurance carrier, 24/7. The claims number is on your ID card and your policy declarations page. Not sure who your carrier is? Call us and we'll look it up and stay on the line with you while you file.

Policy changes

Adding a car, a driver, or a mortgagee? Call or email us — most changes are done same-day. Please don't consider a change effective until you receive written confirmation from us or your carrier.
