Who we are

AUNUSA (Agents United Network of America) is the brand name of RSS Star Enterprise Inc., a licensed independent insurance agency. We are an independent agency — not an insurance company. We represent multiple carriers and help you compare and buy coverage; the insurance itself is written and paid out by the carrier that issues your policy.

Licenses

We are licensed to transact insurance in the states listed below. Coverage is offered only where we and the issuing carrier are licensed.

To verify a license, you can search the National Insurance Producer Registry at nipr.com or your state insurance department.

How we’re paid

Like most independent agencies, AUNUSA is typically paid a commission by the insurance carrier when you buy or renew a policy through us. This commission is already built into the carrier’s premium — it is not an added fee. In some cases we may charge a separate, disclosed agency or broker fee; if so, we will tell you the amount before you agree to it. We may also be eligible for contingent or bonus compensation from carriers based on factors such as the volume or profitability of business placed. You may ask us for more detail about how we are compensated on your policy at any time.

Quotes and coverage

A quote is an estimate, not a contract. No coverage is bound, changed, or cancelled until confirmed in writing by the issuing carrier and any required premium is paid. Coverage descriptions on this site are summaries only — the actual terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions are governed solely by the policy the carrier issues.

Fraud notice

Any person who knowingly and with intent to defraud provides false information on an insurance application or claim may be committing insurance fraud, which is a crime and may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
