Everyone deserves easy access to their insurance. AUNUSA is committed to making this website usable for people of all abilities, and to serving every customer in whatever way works best for them.
Our web accessibility standard
We design and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That includes:
- Full keyboard navigation — every form, button, and link works without a mouse
- Labels and descriptions on all form fields for screen readers
- Color contrast that meets AA ratios in all text and controls
- Layouts that reflow cleanly at high zoom levels and on small screens
- No content that flashes, auto-plays, or moves without your control
Prefer not to use the website?
No problem — everything on this site can also be done by phone. Call (469) 722-1737 and an agent will take your quote, read documents aloud, or complete any request with you directly. We're happy to communicate by email or text if that's easier for you.
Documents in other formats
Policy documents can be requested in large print or as accessible electronic files. Ask your agent and we'll coordinate it with your carrier.
